Our pumpkins typically look gorgeous for 6 to 8 weeks! We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. To help them last as long as possible, every single pumpkin undergoes our specialized, eco-friendly wash to naturally deter bugs, pests, and bacteria before we style your porch. It is very important to keep your pumpkins dry, if they get wet make sure to dry them as soon as possible.  We do our best to provide the highest quality, but we cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins and all sales are final. 

No, you do not need to be home! As long as our team has clear, unobstructed access to your front porch, we will handle the porch sweeping, prepping, and styling. We will send you a text notification with a photo of your completed, magazine-ready display the moment we finish.

Absolutely! While our 5 standard packages fit most porches, we love creating custom designs that match your home's unique style. If you want a specific color palette—like all-white pumpkins or muted blues and sage greens—scroll to the bottom of our Shop page and fill out our Custom Design Inquiry form. There is a higher charge for custom designs. 

We love our planet as much as we love autumn! If you add our post-holiday removal service to your order, our team will come back to clear your porch. We responsibly haul the pumpkins away and donate them to local Maryland farms to safely feed livestock and compost.

When you select your package in our online shop, you will see a simple dropdown menu. You can choose your preferred delivery week right there before adding the package to your cart. We recommend booking early, as our 2026 delivery calendar sells out quickly!

If ordering mums and you would like them to be placed into pots or containers, please have them empty and ready for placement.

All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. Transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year.

• Keep water from settling on your pumpkins. After a rain, pat dry the pumpkins with a towel.

• Check your display often to dispose of any rotting pumpkins.

• We encourage you to check your patch often and eliminate any rotting produce. This will help keep your remaining produce intact.
